Course Cancellation Policy for Courses:

There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested more than 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived. Note: If you need to cancel, service charges can be used toward future courses (no time limit).
