Hotel Reservations and Information

Do not book the conference until you have secured your room first!

We will be using the luxurious Loews Portofino Bay Hotel for our Conference Hotel on the Universal Studios property! Hotel guests enjoy spacious guest rooms featuring custom designed furnishings, impeccable and attentive service, swimming pools, and exceptional dining.

Halloween nights are EXTREMELY popular! Last year all hotels in our room block SOLD OUT 2 months early!

All hotels were completely full outside our block as well!

We will have our main hotel, Loews Portofino as our Conference Hotel, where the meeting will be. We will also have 2 overflow hotels (Cabana Bay and Adventura) that are available by Bus, boat, and walking in the Universal Complex. Note that the Portofino is the only hotel that has Express Pass associated with it. The Portofino will likely sell out by May/June 2023, if not sooner!! The Cabana Bay and Adventura hotels are much less expensive and they do have early admissions to the park, but they do NOT have Express Pass included with these hotels! You have the same access with all 3 hotels to City Park, etc.

Portofino Bay Rates: $502/night for Garden View rooms (Note: 2 Queens sells out very quickily)

Cabana Bay and Adventura Rates: $206/night for Run of the House Rooms

Plus enjoy complimentary access to other entertainment venues such as Red Coconut Club®, Bob Marley Tribute to Freedom, Pat O’Brien’s®, and the nonstop nightlife of Universal’s CityWalk® Entertainment Complex. Note that we’ve arranged the lecture schedule so you can take maximum advantage of these perks.

Early Park Admission begins one (1) hour prior to regular scheduled park opening to one (1) Universal Orlando theme park as determined by Universal Orlando. Valid at select attractions at each park.

Other discounts and amenities for those in our room block:
  • Complimentary access to entertainment venues, such as Red Coconut Club®, Bob Marley – A tribute to Freedom, Pat O’Brien’s®, CityWalk’s Rising Star and the groove at Universal’s CityWalk, will be given to each attendee for each night of the group dates. Hotel room keys work as a CityWalk Party Pass to access these venues!

A deposit equal to one (1) night’s stay is required and will be charged for each individual’s reservation that is made on their own. The deposit is refundable if notice is received at least five (5) days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.

Guests must identify themselves as A-Cross Medicine Reviews guests to receive the contracted rate.
