Hotel Reservations and Theme Park Ticket Information:
We will be using Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Resort in Walt Disney World® Resort!
Our room rates are significantly below standard rates and the room block sells out quickly, so be sure to book your hotel reservations early!
Note: Update! We only have a few rooms left at Disney's BoardWalk Inn and Resort (pre and post days generally are not available there). We have been able to add more rooms at the Animal Kingdom Resort for the same room rate. If rooms at the BoardWalk are not available you may have availability at the Animal Kingdom instead (especially for pre/post nights--if not available online call the number below to check on possible availability). Disney's BoardWalk Inn can be accessed from the Animal Kingdom Resort via bus to the main transportation area and change busses to the BoardWalk...Or you can take a Bus to Hollywood Studios and then walk to the BoardWalk. The BoardWalk is also accessible via boat from some locations as well.
Room Rate: $345.00 per night for single/double with children under 18 free in rooms. 3rd person over 18 is $35/night. Quoted room rates are subject to all applicable city, county, state or federal taxes that apply at time of room occupancy. Currently, the tax rate is 12.5% (sales tax 6.5%, occupancy 6%) per occupied room night. Rates include applicable commission.

If you are looking for Pre and/or Post dates for the conference days you MUST CALL 407-939-4686 for these dates! However, the hotel may not have availability so call first before making your conference registration. The Hotel reservation link commonly only has dates from the nights of October 21-24, 2022 available. If you call, you can get pre/post nights added, depending on availability. The room block sells out quickly!!
We have plenty of room in the course for attendees, but please book your hotel room first before booking the conference to ensure you have your hotel stay confirmed. Also, you may ask the Disney Guest Services person about other possible accommodations, if the BoardWalk Inn is not available.

Disney provides regularly scheduled complimentary transportation between the Hotel and various Walt Disney World® Resort theme park and other selected locations. • Physicians: $799
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $599
• Medical Residents or Fellows: $399 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
• Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $350 (must provide proof of enrollment). NOTE! The Student rate does not include CMEs/CEs; this rate is reserved for first time students in medicine and nursing (not for DNP students with a NP degree). If you are an RN in NP school and need CEs you must register at the nurse rate.
Course Cancellation Policy
There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.

You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.
