Information on discount tickets (note: COVID conditions currently do not allow discount tickets) and Walt Disney World® Resort information can be found on our special page:

NOTE: This conference is very popular and our room block at Disney's Contemporary Resort is full on some dates. We have been able to get overflow rooms at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge for the same room rate. If you have a car you may drive from the Animal Kingdom lodge to the Contemporary and park by the convention center. If you don't have a car, you can take the bus from the Animal Kingdom lodge to the Magic Kingdom and then take the Monorail to the Contemporary. Rooms at the Animal Kingdom Lodge are limited as well (October is Disney's 50th anniversary Month so all locations are becoming full early.)

The room block sells out quickly so be sure to book your reservations early!
Room rates are $329 for single/double with children under 18 free in rooms. 3rd person over 18 is $25/night. Quoted room rates are subject to all applicable city, county, state or federal taxes that apply at time of room occupancy.  Currently, the tax rate is 12.5% (sales tax 6.5%, occupancy 6%) per occupied room night. Rates include applicable commission.

Hotel reservation cutoff date is Wednesday, September 16, 2021, or until the room block is full!

Room reservations can be made by calling (407) 939-4686 and mentioning A-Cross Medicine Reviews or by using our special site https://book.passkey.com/event/50171549/owner/70576/home
