Below is information on our previous course in June 2021. 

Hotel Reservations and Theme Park Ticket Information:
We will be using Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Walt Disney World® Resort! 

The room block sells out quickly so be sure to book your reservations early!

Room Rate: $299.00 per night for single/double with children under 18 free in rooms. 3rd person over 18 is $35/night. Quoted room rates are subject to all applicable city, county, state or federal taxes that apply at time of room occupancy.  Currently, the tax rate is 12.5% (sales tax 6.5%, occupancy 6%) per occupied room night. Rates include applicable commission. 

Hotel reservation cutoff date is May 21, 2021, or sooner if the room block is full!

If you are looking for Pre and/or Post dates for the conference days you MUST CALL 407-939-4686 for these dates! However, the hotel may not have availability so call first before making your conference registration. We do have plenty of rooms still in our room block during our course until May 21. The Hotel reservation link only has dates from June 20-24 available. Outside these dates, rooms are available at other hotels on property. 

 

We have availability in the course for attendees, but please book your hotel room first before booking the conference to ensure you have your hotel stay confirmed. Also, you may ask the Disney Guest Services person about other possible accommodations if the Contemporary Resort is not available

Disney's Magical Express
Hotel will provide ''Disney's Magical Express" service for attendees staying overnight at the Hotel who are traveling through Orlando International Airport. This service will consist of complimentary airport shuttle, luggage delivery, and remote airline check-in (on participating airlines only) all subject to the terms in effect for this service at that time that you check in.

Complimentary Wi-Fi
The Hotel will offer complimentary Wi-Fi service at the Hotel in our guest rooms, our meeting room, and the common areas at the Hotel.

The Hotel will offer complimentary admittance to its health club.

Complimentary Phone Calls
The Hotel will not charge for local, 800 or 888 calls.

Transportation
Disney provides regularly scheduled complimentary transportation between the Hotel and various Walt Disney World® Resort theme park and other selected locations. This includes Disney Springs, with over 150 shopping, dining and entertainment venues, featuring some of the world's most iconic brands and restaurants.

Registration Fees


Physicians: $750
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $550
• Medical Residents or Fellows: $300 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
• Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $250

(Must provide proof of enrollment. NOTE: Student rate does NOT include any CME/CEs; the student rate is reserved for first time students in medicine or nursing.)

Course Cancellation Policy  

For all 2021 live courses, cancel up to 48 hours prior to your course start date and receive a full 100% refund or, if you prefer, the choice to attend another upcoming course.

Course Materials

A-Cross Medicine Reviews is focused on providing the best course resources available, while reducing environmental impact. Prior to the course, you will receive access to a PDF of the course syllabus*.

You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.
