The room block sells out quickly so be sure to book your reservations early!
Room rates are $345.00 for single/double with children under 18 free in rooms. 3rd person over 18 is $35/night. Quoted room rates are subject to all applicable city, county, state or federal taxes that apply at the time of room occupancy. Currently, the tax rate is 12.5% (sales tax 6.5%, occupancy 6%) per occupied room night. Rates include applicable commission.
Hotel reservation cutoff date is January 19, 2022, or until the room block is full!
Use the phone-in method of reservations if you are wishing to stay additional days outside of the conference dates and/or are having difficulty on the website.

Complimentary bus service to Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Water Parks and the Disney Springs® area is available as well as complimentary water taxi service to Magic Kingdom® park and select Disney Resort hotels. Or, take advantage of the monorail station inside the Resort hotel for hassle-free transportation to Magic Kingdom park, Epcot® and select Disney Resorts.

• Physicians: $799
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $599
• Medical Residents or Fellows: $399 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
• Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $350 (must provide proof of enrollment). NOTE! The Student rate does not include CMEs/CEs; this rate is reserved for first time students in medicine and nursing (not for DNP students with a NP degree).
Course Cancellation Policy
There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.

You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.
