Hotel Reservations and Theme Park Ticket Information:
We will be using the Grand Floridian Hotel in Walt Disney World! It has direct access via monorail to the Magic Kingdom and connections to Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and other attractions. 

The room block sells out quickly so be sure to book your reservations early!
Room rates are $255 for single/double with children under 18 free in rooms. 3rd person over 18 is $25/night. Quoted room rates are subject to all applicable city, county, state or federal taxes that apply at time of room occupancy.  Currently, the tax rate is 12.5% (sales tax 6.5%, occupancy 6%) per occupied room night. Rates include applicable commission. 

Hotel reservation cutoff date is Friday, May 19, 2017 or until the room block is full!.

Hotel will provide ''Disney's Magical Express" service for attendees staying overnight at the Hotel who are traveling through Orlando international Airport. Transportation
We provide to our guests regularly scheduled complimentary transportation between the Hotel and various Walt Disney World® Resort theme park and other selected locations. Registration Fees
Physicians: $750
Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $550
Medical Residents or Fellows: $300 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $250 (must provide proof of enrollment)
Cancellation Policy for Courses 
There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.

Our audience response system provides a real-time display of how course attendees answer clinical scenario questions. Test yourself or see how the rest of the group is doing, so you can pinpoint topics that trip people up and need more review.

Course Materials
A-Cross Medicine Reviews is focused on providing the best course resources available, while reducing environmental impact.
Prior to the course, you will receive access to a PDF of the course syllabus*. You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.
*A print copy of the syllabus is an optional add-on for $50. If you would like to purchase a print copy, please check this option in your shopping cart.

Earn CME Credit
This live activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM and is jointly-provided with Tulane University Health Sciences Center.
