Grand Hyatt Kauai Room rates:

$369/night for single/double occupancy and include daily breakfast buffet for 2 adults at Ilima Terrace. Room block deadline is August 30, 2019 or sooner if our block sells out early!


The Guest Room Rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes (which are currently 14.96%), applicable service fees, and/or Hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the Event.


Resort Fee

The Resort Fee of 15.00 (this is reduced from the standard $35 for those in our room block) per room per day plus applicable tax provides for use of resort activities and amenities. These activities and amenities can be found in the Hotel Information Sheet.


Porterage charges are mandatory per Hotel's union contract and are currently established at $12.00 per person, round trip, plus applicable taxes that are currently 4.712%, subject to change.

Physicians: $750
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $550
• Medical Residents or Fellows: $300 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
• Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $250

   (must provide proof of enrollment)

Course Cancellation Policy  

There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.
