Room rates start at $400/night for single/double occupancy and include a Buffet Breakfast for two (2) daily at Ilima Terrace (taxes and gratuities included). Room block deadline is August 16, 2023 or sooner if our block sells out early! NOTE! Last year we sold out by early April at this room rate!
The Guest Room Rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes (which are currently 14.962%), applicable service fees, and/or Hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the Event.
Resort Fee
The Resort Fee of 20.00 (this is reduced from the standard $35 for those in our room block) per room per day plus applicable tax provides for use of resort activities and amenities. These activities and amenities can be found in the Hotel Information Sheet.

Registration Fees
• Physicians: $799
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $599
• Medical Residents or Fellows: $499 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
• Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $450
(Must provide proof of enrollment. NOTE: Student rate does NOT include any CME/CEs; the student rate is reserved for first time students in medicine or nursing.)
Course Cancellation Policy
There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. Cancellation fees may be used toward a future course (no time limit). No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.
