Our room block is becoming close to being full. Do not book the course until you have booked your hotel. We are working with the hotel to expand the block.
Grand Hyatt Kauai Room rates:
Room rates start at $614/night for single/double occupancy and include a Buffet Breakfast for two (2) daily at Ilima Terrace (taxes and gratuities included). Room block deadline is August 10, 2022 or sooner if our block sells out early!
Update: June 2022: We only have about a few rooms left in the block...The hotel is almost completely booked outside our block as well. Pre/post dates are likely only available by calling the number below and may not be available at our room block rates.
The Guest Room Rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes (which are currently 14.962%), applicable service fees, and/or Hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the Event.
The Resort Fee of 20.00 (this is reduced from the standard $35 for those in our room block) per room per day plus applicable tax provides for use of resort activities and amenities. These activities and amenities can be found in the Hotel Information Sheet.

Course Cancellation Policy
There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.
