We are very excited to be using the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater, Florida for our CME course!!

Fly into Tampa International (22 miles from the resort) or St. Pete-Clearwater International (13 miles from the resort).

Course Cancellation Policy
For all 2021 courses, cancel up to 48 hours prior to your course start date and receive a full 100% refund or, if you prefer, the choice to attend another upcoming course.
