We are very excited to be using the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater, Florida for our CME course!!
At Sheraton Sand Key Resort, what you do is up to you! Love the beach? You’ll find miles of white-sand beach at your doorstep, tempting you out for a swim, stroll, shelling, maybe even a game of beach tennis or volleyball! Prefer your vacations made in the shade? Fine dining, resort shopping, cabana cocktails, a relaxing massage, and Life Fitness workouts are just a few of the endless possibilities.
Fly into Tampa International (22 miles from the resort) or St. Pete-Clearwater International (Allegiant has many low fares! 13 miles from the resort).
The hotel is located at 1160 Gulf Boulevard, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767.

​Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 13%.
Rates pre/post DO NOT include breakfast. You MUST call the hotel directly for pre/post dates.

Room Block Reservations:
For check in of 2/16/2024 and check out of 2/19/2024 you can book directly through this Reservation Link.

For reservations outside of these dates or with special requests, reservations may be made by contacting the Reservations Department at 727-593-6060 and identifying yourself as a part of A-Cross 2024 Medicine Review or by giving the code MRV. If the in-house reservations managers are on the other line or if it is nights/weekends outside of normal business hours, you will get transferred to central reservations, which is an off-property call center and they may not be able to help you. Registration Fees
• Physicians: $799
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $650
• Medical Residents or Fellows: $550 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
• Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $450
(Must provide proof of enrollment. NOTE: Student rate does NOT include any CME/CEs; the student rate is reserved for first time students in medicine or nursing (not for DNP students who already have a NP degree).
Course Cancellation Policy
There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.

Course Materials
A-Cross Medicine Reviews is focused on providing the best course resources available, while reducing environmental impact. Prior to the course, you will receive access to a PDF of the course syllabus*.

You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.
