Hotel Amenities

Guests at The Charter enjoy complimentary use of the onsite Health Club amenities. The Health Club features a sauna and steam room, in addition to one indoor and two outdoor hot tubs, which are open year round. The Spa Struck full-service day spa offers a number of rejuvenating services, such as the Skier’s Performance Massage and the Athlete’s Relief Sports Full-Body Massage.

Ski and snowboard rentals are available on property at Charter Sports, conveniently located on the Lobby Level. Charter Sports offers state-of-the-art rentals at a 35% discount when reserved 2 days in advance. Their rental ski and snowboard packages include demo, performance, and junior skis and snowboards. The sport ski value package is recommended for beginners.

  • Lodge Room: $216 

  • One Bedroom Condo: $286

  • Two Bedroom Condo with two kings or a king and two queens: $391

  • Three Bedroom Condo: $526

  • Four Bedroom Condo: $718

The current tax (11.2%) and resort/reservations fee (7.5%) will be applied. Guest room rates are available 3 days pre and post subject to availability.

Registration Fees


Physicians: $750
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $550
• Medical Residents or Fellows: $300 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
• Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $250

   (must provide proof of enrollment)

Course Cancellation Policy  

There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.

You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.

This live activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ and is jointly-provided with Tulane University     Health Sciences Center.
