Registration Fees for 2026 are the following:
Physicians: $799
Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and RNs: $699
Medical Residents or Fellows: $599 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $499 (must provide proof of enrollment). NOTE! The Student rate does not include CMEs/CEs; this rate is reserved for first time students in medicine and nursing. You must contact us for student rate code and receive approval first before signing up.

Cancellation Policy for Courses:
There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested more than 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived. If you need to cancel, note that service charges may be used toward future conferences (no time limit).
