We will be using the Time Hotel located at 224 West 49th Street in New York City!

Room rates are $275/night for Superior Queen room and $289/night for Superior King Room. Continental breakfast is included with these rates!!

Guest room taxes and tourism assessments: There is a 14.75% NY State and $3.50 occupancy tax, per room per night. which are subject to change without notice. There is a mandatory porterage fee of $9.76 per bag roundtrip.

Registration Fees

Physicians: $750

Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $550

Medical Residents or Fellows: $300 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)

Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $250 (must provide proof of enrollment)

Cancellation Policy for Courses

There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.

Course Materials

A-Cross Medicine Reviews is focused on providing the best course resources available, while reducing environmental impact.

Prior to the course, you will receive access to a PDF of the course syllabus*. You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.
