We will be using the Turtle Bay Resort on the North shore of Oahu!

Ocean view rooms are $259. Our room block closes September 11, 2017. After this date, rooms cannot be guaranteed in the room block but may be available from the hotel's general inventory. 
All rates are based on single or double occupancy, European plan and are subject to the applicable Hawaii State and hotel accommodations tax which is currently 13.96% per room night occupied. For additional persons 13 years and older, a $50.00 charge per night is applied. There are a maximum four (4) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children per room.
Porterage $8.50 plus 4.712% tax per person, round trip. 

Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the Event Dates indicated in the Room Block, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.

A discounted daily resort fee of $30.00 (normally $40) plus General excise Tax of 4.712% provides additional amenities and services enhancing the guest experience:

Registration Fees
  • Physicians: $750
  • Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $550
  • Medical Residents or Fellows: $300 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
  • Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $250 (must provide proof of enrollment)

Cancellation Policy for Courses 
There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.

Course Materials

A-Cross Medicine Reviews is focused on providing the best course resources available, while reducing environmental impact.

Prior to the course, you will receive access to a PDF of the course syllabus*. You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.
