The room block sells out quickly so be sure to book your reservations early!

Room rates are $439 for single/double with children under 18 free in rooms. 3rd person over 18 is $35/night. Quoted room rates are subject to all applicable city, county, state or federal taxes that apply at the time of room occupancy.  Currently, the tax rate is 12.5% (sales tax 6.5%, occupancy 6%) per occupied room night. Rates include applicable commission.

Hotel reservation cutoff date is Wednesday, December 18, 2019, or until the room block is full!

The hotel will provide ''Disney's Magical Express" service for attendees staying overnight at the Hotel who are traveling through Orlando International Airport. Registration Fees
Physicians: $750
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $550
• Medical Residents or Fellows: $300 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
• Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $250

   (must provide proof of enrollment)

Course Cancellation Policy  

There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.

Course Materials

A-Cross Medicine Reviews is focused on providing the best course resources available, while reducing environmental impact. Prior to the course, you will receive access to a PDF of the course syllabus*.

You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.

CME Information 

This live activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ and is jointly-provided with Tulane University Health Sciences Center.
