Room Rate: $279/night for single/double.

 

Quoted room rates are subject to all applicable city, county, state or federal taxes that apply at time of room occupancy. Hotel requires that there be at least one guest that is 21 years of age or older occupying a room in order to check-in. Currently, the tax rate is 12.5% (sales tax 6.5%, occupancy 6%) per occupied room night.

Other discounts and amenities for those in our room block: 
  • Complimentary business internet access in sleeping rooms. 
  • Discounted self-park rate of $15.00 per vehicle at the hotel, per day for hotel guests (normally this is $20/day).
  • Complimentary access to entertainment venues, such as Red Coconut Club®, Bob Marley – A Tribute to Freedom, Pat O’Brien’s®, CityWalk’s Rising Star and the groove at Universal’s CityWalk, will be given to each attendee for each night of the group dates. Hotel room keys work as a CityWalk Party Pass to access these venues!

A deposit equal to one (1) night’s stay is required and will be charged for each individual’s reservation that is made on their own. The deposit is refundable if notice is received at least five (5) days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.

A-Cross Medicine Reviews is focused on providing the best course resources available, while reducing environmental impact. Prior to the course, you will receive access to a PDF of the course syllabus*.

You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.
