Hotel Reservations and Information:

For 2017, we are utilizing the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Breckenridge, which is across the street from Peak 9 of the world-renowned Breckenridge Ski Resort. Breckenridge is located 104 miles west of Denver International Airport (DEN) and 60 miles east of the Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) and is easily accessed by car or shuttle. The Doubletree hotel is also within walking distance of the Quicksilver chairlift, as well as historic Breckenridge, Main Street and the Arts District.

Ski valet service is included! At the end of the day, just leave your skis at the lift by the hotel and return the next day.

Enjoy flat-screen TVs, a work desk, WiFi, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs and a fully equipped fitness center and sauna. Dine at 9600 Kitchen, which is open for breakfast and dinner daily.

Room rates are as follows for 2/26-3/2 (Sunday-Thursday):
King room (single/double with buffet breakfast included): $236/253 
Two Queen Room (single/double with buffet breakfast included): $246/263
Mountain View 2 King room (single/double with buffet breakfast included): $276/293

Rates do not include a daily resort fee of $20. Free Valet parking is included in the resort fee. 

Rates for Friday/Saturday are higher and do not include buffet breakfast. 
If you are looking to arrive the weekend before the conference begins or stay is best to call the hotel (888)-525-1787 for reservations and book reservations in our block for the course dates and then add dates on either side. 

Room rates quoted above are non-commissionable, net rates, subject to resort fee and tax (currently11.68%)

In addition to the rates set forth above, there will be a taxable daily resort fee of $20.00 per room, per night, which shall include; valet and/or self parking, and in-room wireless internet. Internet in lobby and business center, local phone calls, in room coffee, business center use, fitness center use, in town transportation and other services & amenities to enhance your stay are complimentary. Reservations paid for by the individual guest are eligible to earn Hilton Honors points.

Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 am on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.

Registration Fees

Physicians: $750

Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $550

Medical Residents or Fellows: $300 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)

Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $250 (must provide proof of enrollment)

Cancellation Policy for Courses

There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.

Course Materials

A-Cross Medicine Reviews is focused on providing the best course resources available, while reducing environmental impact.

Prior to the course, you will receive access to a PDF of the course syllabus*. You must download the syllabus to your laptop or tablet prior to attending the course. There will not be internet access in the meeting room. Please be sure that your device is fully charged since there will be a limited number of outlets available.
